I imagine weeks in darkness. Beginning with one week of preperations (food, water, mental helathcare etc.) and resulting in days off total loss of personality and control to reach in the deepest spots of our minds. If there's no direct Hypnosis there are atleast binaural beats. Though this isn't about destruction but discovery, there should be few to none contact points with personal stuff.
