This is a topic that been on my mind a lot and I haven't really seen much talk about it anywhere.
The thought of creating another persona inside your head that affects your thoughts and feelings as another person separate from you through hypnosis seems like it would be amazing!
Since from my understanding creating a tulpa usually involves self hypnosis and suggestions anyway.
Just wondered if the topic interested anyone else here :3
Very much so. I have dived into Kei's works in order to manifest my own Demon Girl. Success has been fleeting, but I'll try until it works. Bambi hypno seems to try to achieve a similar thing, but I don't like the utter lack of control and the dumbing down of both mind and self that the program espouses. I am a writer and it was recently suggested that, if I create something eloquent enough, it will help draw such a being to me (or create it). I am working on that now. I'd love to discuss more if you want to work together and see how individual results work out.
It makes me really happy to get a response to this so soon! Can't wait to see what sort of things people post on these forums in the future! :3
I've attempted Bambi Sleep a few times and it's one of the few things that have truly gotten me to trance, unfortunately I rarely have enough free time to properly train myself or trance.. Feel free to message me with your ideas and progress, or post them here for anyone interested. :3â¤ï¸
The idea of creating something to draw a being to yourself or create it sounds beautiful and it would make perfect sense, pouring your heart and beliefs into creation sounds like a perfect example of hypnotising yourself in a deeper way.
I've had the same experience (including the lack of time) with Bambi Sleep. It's too bad we can't have all the time we need for this. Real life is so limitingI did manage to find what looks to be an excellent post here: https://www.reddit.com/r/Tulpas/wiki/guides/. I'll have to dive into this one.
I stated out with Bambi Sleep and it worked really well on me.
Since then, I've created my own hypno files along the same style as Bambi sleep but tailored to me and using my sissy name. I've definitely created a very strong tulpa named Annabelle and when she takes over, it's very real.
Using the existing bambi sleep format to make custom files sounds like a really fun idea :3 What did you use for the voice? o:
I hope you've had a wonderful time with Annabelle â¤ï¸
For a voice, try Salli, here: https://ttsmp3.com
I love being Annabelle so much!
I can make you a personalized file if you like.
Just tell me the name you want to use and what type of file you'd like.

@jynn - DAMN! That tulpa guide is immense! I could have never imagined there was so much info out there on the subject. What a trip!
I think your asking for trouble with a separate persona.
She is hard to manage sometimes... Her desire to serve real men is very strong.
When I'm fully dressed, my old self gets locked away and she's definitely in charge.
She's done some very, very naughty things! (blush)

i'd LUV to hear more!!!!
I listened to the files, and did the 20-day takeover challenge. While I struggled to get through them (constantly being called a name that I have never been fond of, and that creepy voice that became more prominent), I did see some effects. Probably the most notable was when I would get home from work and if I didn't immediately start peeling the masculine mask off as soon as I walked through the door and drop into femme mode, I would start feeling this anger that built and built until I changed.
The files didn't create the anger. After some introspection I came to the conclusion that it was most likely repressed anger I already had from being trans in a society that largely refuses to believe I exist. I find it interesting that it happened and I can say my skepticism about the possibility I could create tulpas (and how powerful they could be) diminished a lot after that realization.
To the reason I dusted off this profile and decided to respond: If, like me, you found the name and creepy voice offputting, fret not. Someone named transcendentalmetamorph took that series and put out a version called "Slutself" that omits both of those things.
It makes a difference. You feel as though the narrator is speaking directly to you, and there aren't any creepy voices pulling you out of trance. Makes for a much more powerful experience. Enjoy!
I agree, the original Bambi files didn't quite fit me. I converted them to text, changed them to my feminine name, then recreated them with a text to voice app using a soothing British female voice. They seem to work much better now.
I can make a few for you if you'd like. Just let me know the name you prefer and the types of file you like best.
